By accessing this website, purchasing products, or downloading content, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

1. Services Offered

We provide professional photography services and sell digital image downloads and physical print products through our online gallery platform powered by Pixieset. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

2. Ordering & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
We do not store or have access to your full payment details. All transactions are securely handled by Stripe.
By placing an order, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method.

3. Digital Downloads

Digital images are delivered electronically via Pixieset.
Once a digital image has been downloaded, all sales are final.
No refunds or exchanges are offered on digital downloads under any circumstances.

4. Print Products

Print products are fulfilled by professional third‑party print labs through Pixieset.
Due to the custom nature of printed products, all print sales are final.
If a print arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence. Replacement requests are evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis.

5. Refunds & Chargebacks

We do not offer refunds for digital downloads or custom print products.
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in revoked access to purchased content and future purchasing restrictions.

6. Copyright & Image Usage

All photographs are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
SportographyShots retains full copyright ownership of all images.
Your purchase grants you a non‑transferable, non‑exclusive, personal‑use license only.
Images may NOT be:
- Sold, licensed, or redistributed
- Used for commercial, promotional, or advertising purposes without prior written permission
- Altered, edited, or modified beyond basic cropping or resizing
- Submitted to contests, publications, or third parties

For commercial or extended licensing, please contact us directly.

7. Social Media & Personal Use

You may share purchased images on personal social media accounts.
Credit is appreciated when possible (e.g., Photo by SportographyShots).
Cropping that removes watermarks or branding is prohibited.

8. Gallery Availability

Online galleries are typically available for a limited time.
We are not responsible for missed purchases once a gallery expires.
We recommend downloading and backing up your digital files immediately after purchase.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Misuse or attempt to gain unauthorized access to this website or galleries
Use purchased content in a way that violates these Terms
Circumvent security features of Pixieset or Stripe

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SportographyShots shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data or unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control
Issues arising from third‑party platforms including Pixieset or Stripe
